I've had these pictures printed and ready for a while, they were taken on my birthday. The dessert was this yummy Caribbean baked banana split, I wanted to journal about what a great day it was and how I love spending my birthdays with Zoe and Dave... but I kept thinking about all that has changed in my lifestyle since the middle of July. So, I decided to journal about this fact. As always, I didn't save enough room to write about the changes, just that I had to make some better food choices and exercise more.
