How awesome is this special birthday gift from my dear friend, Danielle? Since our very first retreat together, our motto has been “Just Glue It” - so she had that embroidered on the perfect tote for my embellishments. My previous carry-all for embellies was just not adequate any longer and I had been searching for the past year for something better. Of course, Danielle knows what I need better than I do - I LOVE this!!
I have two ITSO containers inside the tote, one large one that holds extra packages of BG brads and flowers and other misc. fancy brads. On the top tray, I’ve got all my titling and journaling cards along with tags, flowers, bling. In the pockets, I store my packaged twine, bag of crocheted goodness (mostly from my step-mom, Nancy - I love them!!). In other pockets are packaged buttons, JBS butterflies (how’d I get so many of these?!) and Tim Holtz memo pins (I really need to start using these, I have two packages and don’t know why). I keep the side mesh pockets empty so that when I attend crops or scrap night, I have a place to carry my beverages.
Here it is, hanging out on my scrap island. See what I mean? It’s perfect - I never would have thought to bring in this fabric and now that I see it, I have to have more of it!
