I love this idea. I've been thinking of what word will suit me best in 2010. I'm down to a few and hopefully will have it decided by the end of today. I love how you find these great ideas and share them w/me! Also, I love your word - that is always my goal: balance. I think your layout is so cool - with the little tabs of all the roles you play.
